CUSTOMER’S AGREEMENT ON METRICAL WATCH LIMITED (“Metrical”) PURCHASING POLICY AND CONDITIONS
Any transaction with Metrical is conditional upon your unequivocal acceptance of the following terms and conditions of purchase:
Strict No Refund policy:
Please ensure that you are certain in your purchasing decision before paying for your order.
Finalizing and paying for your order will mean that you unequivocally understand and accept that you forfeit any right to cancellations and refunds for any reason whatsoever, even in the pre-order stage.
Payment Errors and Security:
Encountering a payment error during checkout may result from security restrictions imposed by your credit card issuer. To facilitate a successful transaction, please make sure that your card permits international purchases and be mindful of any security measures, including OTP verification and address validation implemented by the payment providers.
Shipping Policy:
All international orders will be shipped exclusively via DHL, FedEx or similar couriers from the origin point. For additional details on shipping terms, conditions, or requirements, please consult the terms of service of such courier specific to your country.
VAT/GST/Excise Taxes/Tariffs:
Please be aware that domestic VAT or related taxes are not included in your order total at the time of purchase. The courier may require payment of applicable VAT, GST, excise taxes, or tariffs in your country before releasing your shipment. These taxes vary by country, and we are not responsible for covering or managing these payments.
Prevention of Resale Accounts:
We reserve the right to limit or suspend access to our services for accounts suspected of commercial reselling or associated with reseller activities. This may involve prohibiting future purchases or restricting the number of products that can be ordered by such accounts.
WARRANTY
All items undergo thorough inspection by watchmakers before dispatch to your designated address. In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or defective item due to transit, you may be eligible to make a warranty claim within the warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase (“Warranty Period”).
During the Warranty Period, all claims will be evaluated and require evidence of the defect, such as photos and/or videos of the watch and its original packaging before returning of the item. You will be requested to provide a photo of your warranty card for verification against your original order details to facilitate subsequent arrangements.
One-to-one exchange eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis only after receiving and inspecting your return. Approval or rejection of your exchange will be communicated to you. If approved, a replacement watch (subject to availability) will be dispatched. In cases of unavailability, options include replacing affected parts, repair, or refund at our discretion.
While we will endeavour to provide repair as soon as possible, Kindly note that repair durations may vary based on the watch's condition. If concerned about waiting times, please consider this before sending your watch for repair.
Metrical will not be responsible for any damage resulting from product misuse. Excessive shocks or vibrations, exposure to strong electromagnets, and similar activities can impact the watch's functions or cause damage. The warranty excludes coverage for theft, loss, acts of God, accidents (including impacts, shocks, and crushing), consequences of natural disasters, damage due to mishandling or improper use, tampering by unauthorized parties other than an official service centre or dealer, normal wear and tear, and aging.
Straps, boxes, and accessories are not covered under the warranty.
